Cyberjaya — We hosted a focused, on-campus recruitment and awareness day at the University of Cyberjaya, designed to introduce students to AutoAD360’s driver-first model and to show how campus mobility can deliver respectful, real-world brand visibility.
What we set up
A compact booth sat along a high-traffic walkway, supported by clean demo boards of wrap options and a quick QR sign-up flow (name, contact, basic vehicle details). Short, face-to-face briefings ran throughout the day to explain how routes, reporting and driver welfare work in practice.
The conversations that mattered
Students asked practical questions—about compliance, time commitment during exams, and how we keep cars presentable. We walked through our approach:
- Compliance and presentation from day one (clear creative guidelines and tidy executions suitable for campus).
- Driver welfare built in through our partner Klinikar (tyre care, servicing support and safety checks so vehicles stay safe and presentable).
- Sensible participation that fits academic calendars, club commitments and campus policies.
- Useful reporting for activations (GPS route heatmaps, estimated impressions and optional QR engagement summaries—no vanity metrics).
Momentum and response
Interest was steady across the day. Club reps invited us to run smaller, targeted briefings. Many students opted-in for follow-up sessions, and we left with a clear FAQ list to refine our next campus visits. The tone remained grounded: straightforward questions, straightforward answers, and a shared focus on safety, presentation and respect for campus routines.
Partners who added value
A thank-you to Kampungku and Monster Energy for joining us on campus. Their presence turned a simple sign-up table into a student-friendly touchpoint—sampling, quick chats and a clear picture of how brands can be present on campus in a way students appreciate. These collaborations now sit within our growing campus portfolio.
What a campus day with AutoAD360 looks like
- Light footprint: one table, two pull-ups, demo wrap boards, QR sign-up.
- Student-first flow: quick screening, briefing invites, clear driver guidelines.
- Brand tie-ins (optional): sampling or promo QR where appropriate.
- Clear follow-up: brief summary of sign-ups, FAQs raised and next steps.
Why this fits universities
The format is tidy, low-lift and coordinated with student affairs, security and facilities. Creative is planned for compliance; routes and presentation standards are set in advance; and we provide a short, useful post-event summary.
